I'm parting out this machine because all of the bearings were destroyed by coolant mixing with the headstock oil due to a leak between the reservoirs. the customer was going to send it to the scrapper so I thought I'd save it just long enough to see if anybody here needs parts, otherwise off it goes as I don't have indoor room for storage.

This machine was sent to me for repair of a broken shift detent, but condemned due to bearing damage.

Part pickup would be preferred, but I can work with shipping if needed, anything heavy, you arrange shipping.

please PM me with contact info if you need something.

thanks.

Be forewarned, the compound likely has a fair amount of wear, little if any oil was used on this machine.

I believe all of the clutches are still in decent shape. They were working well, and look to have plenty of lining left.

I guess I should be posting the obvious ones, eh?

All parts prices are + shipping! Open palleting ( or packaging for light items) and loading included in price. Offers considered.
Boxed palleting extra.

Speed and feed levers pending..
Steady rest, $125.00
Tailstock, $175.00
Compound. $225.00
Spindle. $275.00
The gears for the lead and feeds( including one spare setting in there? ) $65.00

gear and belt cover $50.00

Clutches currently unknown since I haven't got them out yet. Update to come.

Internal gears have rust but no damaged teeth. If anybody wants them.

Anything else of interest on this machine just ask.

Thanks,
Jacob

Send me a pm, I'll get you the info tomorrow or Tuesday ( have a list of errands to run tomorrow.) Both carriers drop by frequently.

What is the length and width of the machine? What might you want for the bed and base? (It may be the welding table I tell myself I need..... :D )

I'll have to check on the length and width. sorry to everyone in here, dealing with some "problems" that are taking up a lot of time. If anyone wants anything please PM me as I try to check those daily.

Last call on these parts, still have the spindle (which is actually in great condition) compound, carriage, lead screw, gears, clutches, tailstock and more. $100.00 if somebody picks it all up rather than requiring shipping. I'm way too busy to package and ship currently, and I'm hauling them into a storage barn soon if there's no takers.

If it needs shipping I can work with a buyer on crating and loading if they arrange freight. Just want it gone. But you'll have to pay a little for lumber.
