control syntec 21MA problem

Hello
i have problem in my CNC milling machine control , my Syntec 21 ma control always move in so slow motion when i try to run an NC code contain lines move in x y z in same time simultaneously ( spiral move) which increase the cutting time to 3 times the normal time , i try to decrease and increase the smoothing parameter in the control but nothing changed .
to overcome this problem i must move in x and y then i move in z individualy .
i wish i find any help her

Never heard that G01 X_ Y_ Z_ F_ does not maintain the specified feedrate along the specified toolpath. However, if the line segments are too small then the effective feedrate would be lower because of too many accelerations/decelerations.
