Cost of CNC Laser Machines

What is a ballpark figure for a CNC Laser with a 24" x 48" capacity, 1/8" thick cutting capability? New vs. used?

Amada are offering in the UK a machine with 48" x 48" sheet capacity and I can`t remember if it`s 1/4" or 3/8" thick mild steel for £120,000.That`s roughly $180,000.
Quite cheap for a new machine from a top class manufacturer.
