Hi all can anyone tell me the average cost per hour for cnc machining in the UK

If this is a serious question you need to provide details. There will be a wide range, depending on the type of work needed. Simple parts anyone can make will go a lot cheaper per hourly rate than something that requires expensive specialized machinery.

Cost can easily be figured out with the simple equation of the following:

Cost = part size in cubic drams x machine table size in square inches / .675 + (square root of available building power in amps /24) / quantity of machines.

A dram is a weight measure....and is dimensionless.....unless you re talkin aboot a wee dram ....which should be at least half a glass
Yes, you have to use mass energy equivalence and the density of water, as is the basis of the US imperial system.
