Does anyone here have documentation on the Siemens-Matsuura- Renishaw tool setter that they would be willing to share. I’m trying to get the tool setter dialed in on a Cublex-42. It seems that Matsuura handled the integration on this using sub-routines of their own (930x). The Siemens tool setter calibration throws a lot of alarms that seem to indicate it was never setup that way. This documentation should have probably stayed with the machine but who knows where it ended up. I’ve reached out to yamazen and a few other sources but coming up empty so far.

I was able to get documentation regarding tool setter and spindle probing on this machine. The tool setter indeed was as Matsuura integrated option with limited and less than ideal functionality. We are working with Renishaw on a more modern probing program package. Hopefully it integrates in since all the variables and I/Os are already somewhat configured.
