Morning all, doing a job on a Mazak integrex 400IV, still new on the machine with no mazak training.
I’ve managed to program the holes and counter bore, Just wondering if someone could lend a hand with programming two cut outs on the job please.
The cut out details are on the picture, the info on the drawing is as much as I have, and the O/D of the part is 241mm, plus any additional info required from the program I can post a picture of that to if needed. Apologies for the repeat post, didn’t get any response from when I posted it last week
Thanks in advance

Is this a cam question, Mazak question, or a tooling question?

I know very little about any of the above- enough to know they are major details needed to get useful answer.

There is not enough information on the print to program this feature. Need to know the max part OD. I assume the angular location of the second bolt hole in relation to the first bolt hole is 45°?

Also, this will likely need to be drawn up in a CAD program and then input the angular coordinates into Mazatrol. You can enter the 6mm corner radii at the start and end of the basic geometry. No need to make separate arc segments for the 6mm radii.
