Got it with the purchase if a used bandsaw, but I only do wood work. Was gonna hang it on my shop wall till I found out what they go for. All the teeth look good. Looks old but unused. I'm looking for $200 shipped. I'm throwing it on ebay and marketplace as well. Side message me on ebay maybe we can save you shipping if we do it off the platform.

I actually bought a used one from a PMer a little while back so have shelved this project, but I'm sure someone will buy it. It's much much handier than the old chewed up piece of plywood we used to use, making it very easy to control pressure and direction.

Ours has the screw feed attachment, the one that looks like a cross-feed screw and nut with a point on the end. It's handy when sawing thicker pieces, and not difficult to use but feels a bit like backing up a trailer steering the cut.
Does it look like this? Don't remember where I got it but I thought it went to a VBS of some kind. I have a DoAll with a good jaw and most of the feed,no chain or cables. Just never got around to fixing it. I also have the fence assy.

This is what we have.

It has a pilot that fits into a hole in the table to push off of, and the steel knob on top can be pulled up to disengage a half nut inside for "rapid" position setting.

Yours looks like it might be something similar, but not off a DoAll. I've seen those same knobs on Craftsman bench tools.

I have one and it is cast iron which is easier on the saw blade when you cut through what you are cutting and the blade slams into the pusher. Make up a cheap wood pattern and have a foundry pour one for you out of cast iron, even aluminum would be fine.

That's pretty neat. Good engineering is sometimes hard to spot because it is so simple. Mine has side ways adjustment which puzzles me.Most saws have a fixed blade position and use fences to position the work. I could easely adapt it to my saw though. Some where I have a DoAll parts book but don't remember that kind of pusher being shown.
