The UK is still testing at between 40 to 45cycles which from what I've read, generates huge amounts of false positives.

they key thing you're missing about capitalism: its whatever the FREE market can bear. when the govt FORCES everyone to shove the vaccine down their throats (this is figuratively, i know they're injected) then you're no longer in a free market/capitalism. no sane person would deny any company a fair chance to compete in the market on their merits. pfizer is NOT one of those. and thats the thing that makes people start wondering - when the govt regulators work with private enterprises to corner a market and force everyone to not only buy something, but put it in our bodies against our own will - shit aint right!

Early on getting the jab was embraced by many as "doing the right thing" so the jab became a means of showing your part of some kind of movement. Later shaming became a method of "convincing" many to do the right thing.

At this point we are back to the summer of '21 it seems with hospitals unable to cope, talk of schools returning to virtual learning, and some cites demanding proof the jab in order to eat in restaurants and attend entertainment venues.

Well I've been there, on business for my employer at the time. At one point I could speak a certain amount of chinese, just because it is respectful to know some of the language when traveling. That was appreciated, but we still spoke english.......

I've had many dinners with chinese engineers and business folks in local hole-in-the-wall eateries. And had them try to get me crazy drunk, too, with the drink around the table routine.

It was "interesting" to talk to them and get a sense of what they thought. I don't know if they intended me to see what I saw. I did not see that much happiness with the situation.
