Drill Press Wiring

I installed a forward/reverse Allen Bradley 309 motor starter a few years ago and they stopped working. It's on a 3HP Cincy sliding head drill press. I finally got around to looking at it today and it seems I have burnt out the coils. They are rated for 110V and the way I have it wired it looks like they are getting 220V. I have attached the wiring diagram I am using. Is there a way I can rewire this for 110V to the coils?

Should be pretty easy to cut A and B and insert a control transformer to step down the 220 between-legs to a 110 voltage for all the switches and coils.
But it may be easier still to replace the burnt-out 220V coils (or entire contactor) with 110V coils (or a contactor with 110V coils).

If you decide to go the control transformer route, you want the primary (220V) of the control transformer connected to the supply legs where A&B are connected, and the secondary (110V) connected to the control circuit fuses at the other end of A&B. Remove the original A&B.
