Erowa chuck failure to clamp

I am having on ongoing issue that was intermittent but had become an everyday error. It has happened 5 times in the past day. We are running a Creative Evolutions HSD-575 hooked up to an Erowa Compact 80. When loading electrodes into the chuck I am getting a Chuck Badly Clamped message. The robot arm puts the electrode in the chuck, un-clamps and moves back to clear the chuck and faults out there.

Anyone with a pneumatic Erowa chuck that has had this issue?

Sounds like its not getting feedback that the chuck is clamped. Do you hear the air release and confirm the chuck IS clamped?

Yup, everything looks normal. I am wondering if there is just a time setting that I could change that gives it an extra second of clamping.

Check your incoming air pressure and also check if there's separate regulators for clamp/unclamp. Could have slightly dipped overtime. This is how my older 3R Workman is. 3r has great support and has helped me. I would think Erowa does too
