Anyone want to give their opinion on making the parts in attached picture.
There a total of 24 pieces, 4 different lengths 55, 65,75,95 MM
What would be a fair amount to charge.

Please ignore the thread shape, pretend it's a normal M10-1.5
( I have already asked about that feature )
You think that's bad you should see what I'm working off for a school project for a
college kid & for free. I wasn't bald until last week.

Customer is supplying material, aluminum tube

Thanks

I make some parts in low qty's like that. I do them in a vmc from 303 stainless. Faster than setting up a lathe for me.

Edit: just noticed the 3mm through hole. Nevermind. That changes things.

Somebody needs to teach that boy how to draft threads in SW's or whatever program he is using! And take all of that solid coloring off of the part!

Could explain a little please ?
The job in the spindle with fixed tools ?
Or job in a chuck, vertical ? (guess you could do flats in same op).
Thanks,
Bob

Not the time to be nice...if you are clueless what to bid, why are you wanting to be in the game, you are not cut out to run a shop. Keep what ever day job you had

Must be something in the air today. We got one thread closed already, take it easy von. This is a pretty simple part but he may be new to estimation Phil.
