Excel, Elliott, Victoria Tool and cutter grinder

A friend without internet has a new to him Excel tool and cutter and needs some advice, he has got the manual but it is not very helpful.

that machine is much like a Ko Lee TC grinder, a decent machine.
Very important to check spindle RPM to assure it matches the wheel being used,

Free download the Cincinnati #2 TC grinder manual as it gives many sharpening setups. The Ko Lee TC grinder manual is also good to free download

Sharpen drills and end mill ends, make altered standards like step drills and counterbores, reamer, and gun drill sharpening are pretty basic/easy.
End mill ODs may need some special fixtures and talent.

Good to have a spin fixture, pair of centers, finger holder, and an angle plate with a bar.

Thanks for the pointers, he has a pretty complete machine but needs to sort out a few details like drive belt size and how to dismantle the work head etc.
