EZ path lathe tool offset issues

At the shop I work at we have a Bridgeport lath with EZ Path controls, the operator that previously ran it retired but don't believe to ever used the tool library or tool offsets. Think he would just make some real basic MDI moves and cuts. The problem I am having is this in out Tool and Die department and the guys that's using it now wants to use the lathe to its fullest potential, instead of a manual lathe with power feed. We fallow the book to try setting the tool offset or adding a tool in the library but the screens are both blank and can't add anything. Arrowing down can see 0-15 spots but unable to edit or add tools, tried deleting and redoing the tool but no change. Put a call into a service person that was recommended but waiting to hear anything back. Thanks for any help.

Found the problem, ended up getting a full keyboard and went into DOS. After searching a bit for how to use DOS searched the directory and found the tool library and tool offset file wasn't in there. Bought the latest version of EZ-Path 1 disk set from EMI and went through the reload procedure and now have a working machine again.
