Facemill selection, SEHT, or HNGJ Insert?

I've been running this guy for the past 2 years.

The pic in the link isn't right, but the dimensions are.

Got it from Curtis (aka Exkenna), gorgeous tool, looks like its chromed. The one thing I really like about it, carbide seats, those seats have saved me the cost of a new cutter body several times, not so much from insert failure, but brain farts.

Curtis gets me the inserts for about $7 each, if I remember right.

It'll run 1100sfm in mild steel, 700-900 in 4xxx annealed. .070 depth, almost full width, .014 per tooth.

Last big job I ran with it was 4130, 900sfm ish (1100rpm) and 70ipm. (almost .013 per tooth), .070 depth. Moved 140 lbs of metal on one edge, and put it back on the tool cart for the next job.

That high positive is NICE, and holds up damn well. Cuts pretty free.

Here's a pic of it busting through a weld. Happy as a clam.

At the shop I used to work in, I tried one of those fancy pentagon deals, 10 edges per insert, but that thing was a massive massive horsepower hog. It ended sitting on the cart, it was that inefficient.
