Fadal VMC4020 USB punching failure

Hello all, I'm running a Fadal VMC 4020 (format 1) with a Calmotion USB interface installed. I just wrote my first program on my laptop and I was able to transfer it to the machine just fine. I made some edits on the machine (added lines and also modified lines) and now when I try to punch it back onto the USB it goes through the entire punch process but no program shows up on the USB. I'm able to punch other, unmodified programs just fine so it seems like this is something specific to the program. Does anybody have any experience with this? I'm thinking it might have to do with the fact that I added lines and in the machine they show up as "N50.1". Maybe the machine doesn't know how to punch/deal with these kinds of lines? Thanks in advance!

Not familiar with the USB Interface. But if the added lines are you're problem just re sequence the program and then punch it.

I've renumbered the program and still no luck. I even copied it and gave it a new program number, and nothing! it seems like something specific in the program that makes it un-punchable to the USB interface. I use subroutines and I end the program with an M2. Other than that, everything else is kosher G code. There's even another program that was written directly into the machine that is transferrable. Thank you for the suggestion
