Famco 150 vertical mill

I bought this Famco 150 mill last weekend. The owner had passed away and nobody knew how to operate his phase converter. But I purchased it for 850.00. I took it to work where we have a crane and unloaded it. I finally got to put power to it today and it runs fine and the digital readouts work fine and the feed works fine but the motor sheave on the variable speed seems to make a lot of noise. It only gets quiet when you slow it down as slow as possible. I assume it needs a bushing or something in the sheave. One plus is the mill came with a fairly new Bison 8" super spacer. I seen where these cost $3,600 new.
