Fanuc 10 spindle spins only CCW

I have a Mori Seiki mv jr with a fanuc 10. When i bought the mill all parameters were gone, and i have since been able to enter the parameters again, not 100% sure all parameters are correct, but pretty sure. If i try running the spindle CCW it works fine, but if i try running it CW i get an error called "Spindle interlock on" I have no idea what this is or how to fix it.

I also have some problems with the toolchanger. I have to manually push down a contacotor if i want to cycle the toolchanger at the control panel.
