Fanuc 16 - Robodrill T10Alpha - logical connection/communication between servo modules in Ladder and/or diagnostic screen

Hello guys,
I'm wondering how to, and if it's possible anyways, to connect/check servo modules (PSM, SVM, SPM) activity and communication with machine logic in ladder diagrams.
When, let's say alarm 400 or 410 or 414 occurs, how does machine know to stop and which alarm to throw out? "Who" tells it and how/through which logical path in ladder if it exists?

I know there is Diagnostics screen with number 200 which shows state of servo alarms, but where does it connect in ladder?
Is it possible to find some of those diagnostics bits (going active when alarms occur) in ladder?

I'm currently trying to manually find some of those possible bits through trace function of the machine (check attached files, I've marked some of them which I think could be the ones), but it's hard to find as there are many.
We are currently struggling with alarm 414 (sometimes 400) on this machine.

So let's simplify all this...
How to find diagnostics bits in ladder logic? Are there any?
How to connect/find servo alarms in ladder logic? Are there any?
