Fanuc not ready alarm Victor Vturn 26

Hi I have a new to me vturn 26. I just powered up the machine tonight. All was well then I got a x axis excess error 414 servo alarm. I checked the switches etc. That alarm went away. Now I get the not ready alarm. The led's next to er 1 and er 2 are lit up. Does any one have any Victor manuals? It appears the servo drives are not firing up?

You could try contacting the guys in Somerset. They are usually pretty helpful.

If you don't have any success with them I can try digging up some manuals. I have the ladder, circuit diagram, and parts list for the V26 at hand but I can't see the instruction manual.
