Fanuc oi-TD not booting up

We had a problem with our fanuc oi-TD spindle motor sensor for sometime now after resolving it we realize the spindle speed was not being displayed on the screen so we try to check the position encoder and the JYA3 cable. We disconnected the JYA3 cable and the machine run normal but still the spindle speed was not displayed, from that time the machine sometime failed to boot but after restarting it will come back. As I was checking the spindle control parameters the machine shut down improperly and the screen went dark , CPU local dram error appears and it never boot again always the screen is blank. I really need help
