Hi All,
My tool change carousel is a little grumpy. It's a robo drill type.
It's only 10 tools but if I have to index more than 3 positions it has a wobly and goes round and round until it errors out or I press reset.
It only does this in a program. If I manually index one by one it's fine.
It feels like it's getting ahead of itself and not having enough time to work out its position. The tool change has a proximity sensor and a cam to work out a index and when it fails it's always not quite on the flat of the cam.
I was wondering if there is any setting that can slow down the tool change index.
It's a 90's tong thia tmv400
Your help appreciated
Dusty
