Fanuc Servo Drive Alarm 414, Alarm 2 on drive.

The drive is an A06B-6079-H206. On a 1998 Chiron FZ08W with 21-M control. Controls both the X and Y axis. Drive displays Alarm 2 when servo power and encoder cables present and also when removed. Makes no difference if you leave one or the other plugged in. Still Alarm 2 on the drive,

Both On screen.

414 Servo Alarm X axis detect err
414 Servo Alarm Y axis detect err

23.89 Volts at the drive power connector.

Anything else I can check before I replace or have this thing rebuilt?

(1)Meaning Inverter: control power supply under voltage

(2)Cause and troubleshooting

(a)Check the three-phase input voltage of the amplifier (the voltage shall not be lower than 85% ofthe rated input voltage).

(b)Check the 24 V power supply voltage output from the PSM (the voltage shall normally notnlower than 22.8 V).

(c)Check the connector and cable (CXA2A/B).

(d)Replace the SVM.
