Would have sold quickly if it was in the USA at that price.... OTOH, although I normally love Euro green paint jobs, something about a Hardinge (copy or not) being green just doesn't look right.

Could be some preconditioning of that particular shade of green going on here in the USofA:

You would not expect it but at the time this machine was fabricated every car and machine Made in the USA was VOMIT......:vomit: over here in Holland
For many it still is.
MADE IN THE USA is not a selling point here

Peter
So why would you offer shipping to the USofA then ?

Good ! riddance....
Doug, I’m going to buy the house next to you and paint it the same color.
Then I’ll start rebuilding farm equipment in the yard and paint everything that same color. LOL

I’d rather have that shade of green then a worn out peeling paint job found on most Hardinge lathes.

I’d rather have machines in very good mechanical condition. Don’t care much about colour. Altho, got to admit, Collector’s tuscan red repaint of his machines was very nice.
