Fryer MB-14Q Bed Mill: Rattling Noise When Using Quill

Hi folks, new member here. I have an early 2000's Fryer MB-14Q that has a rattling noise when the quill is extended. We bought the machine used and it came like this.

Fryer first said it might be normal due to it being a geared head. However, when I shared that it seems to be dependent on quill position, and is resulting in serious tool chatter, they said it could be a worn part or improperly assembly.

Has anyone experienced this before or have a recommendation? We are considering all options- disassembling it ourselves and looking for issues, or having Fryer service it ($$$). See video link below of the sound (please put your volume low before playing). Thank you!

We were able to get our hands on the manual to understand the assembly if we decide to take it apart ourselves:1675553806130.png

From the video it looks like the drawbar to socket engagement is out of alignment. Does the sound clear up when it is extended more than about an inch?
The alignment between the drawbar and the pheumatic impact could be off so remove the impact wrench cover, so you can watch it.

Wow @vmipacman, thank you very much!!! That was the issue!!! We removed the impact driver and the sound stopped. It appears like the tool removal attachment is homemade and caused misalignment. It can use improvement. We will make sure everything is well aligned when we reattach the impact driver.
