Appears to be new-in-box. Teledyne Firth Sterling CAT50 shell mill holder for 1-1/4" arbor. P/N CV50 SM1.25-200 HC. I bought some NMTB50 holders, and this was included in the lot, but I already have an NMTB50 1-1/4" face mill holder. $38 shipped by USPS Priority Mail CONUS.
