FW-1P Offset or anything about that

Hello guys, i need a little help here, i usually work with a Wire EDM from AGIE more old than me but my boss purchased a new one and this machine don't have the offset in manual that i have here, i tried dozens of cuts and all of them finish with the wrong measure, in one side came 2 hundredths (milimeter system) below but the other side came with 1 tenths below, i don't know how to proceed anymore, my wire is molybdenum 0.18mm, i'll be grateful with any tips that u can give to me.

If it's a new machine, the distributor or manufacturer should offer training. My best advice, get that training. Others here may be able to help with specific problems ( I don't know anything about AGIE). List the machine model number and controller and as much detail about the problem as possible here.
