I have a repair manual completed for the 9/10K that has the prints in it for turning the parts for a large dial conversion. These are factory specs, not guess-ta-mates. Have not sold the manual yet alone. I was hoping to be able to supply the parts a lower cost that a complete screw assembly.
I've been building a CNC machine for two years now to help lower the costs of the mount bushing, dial and spinner handle. It's been slow going, but I'm getting closer, it will be making parts before the leaves fall.

Steve very likely the copyrights and patents are off that part. I think it might be worth a try for you to offer a copy of the screw print for 10 or $20 and see if it sells.

Yes, I was thinking about 20 bucks too. I was going to offer it for sale when I have the lathe up and running and can make the dials a bit faster. It's labor intensive making them on the 10L, then it takes 30 minuets in the cnc mill engraving pre dial after that.
control panel for the lathe attached.
here's a link for the first servo tests, running in very slow rapids, this is after I finally got the turret macro working, and this also testing the park feature on machine shut down to park on tool 8 so at startup and homing it always homes to tool 1.
