Great video of autocollimator hows and whys

This guy uses a little video lab to show how and why autocollamitors work the way they do. I've read a little about them but this is a great visual representation. And for a bonus it is a pretty short video.

I really like the way he describes things.....a great teacher.

Shame that he appears to have disappeared, especially before releasing the home made collimator video!!!!

Don't know if my comment is worth bumping a few month old thread but he and many others are very active in IG. Sadly, many find it easier to do a quick vid while working then filming a longer form video and posting to YouTube. Only reason I started using IG. Just hate (aside that it's owned by FB/Meta) how easy it is to miss stuff from people. I also miss the long form deep dive videos. Many great youtubers have dropped off in posting vids but are active on IG and even the ones that still post often give more details (and you get info far sooner.)
