Haas SL10 not stopping at zero in Z0.1

HAAS SL-10. After touching off a part Z and X and setting the offsets. When program runs the tool doesnt stop at z0.1 like program says and just keeps going. i have to stop machine to avoid crash. While i was out someone here who never ran a cnc before, tried to start and run the machine and messed something up. I cant figure out what the guy did. Any ideas to fix this?

We program ours so that G54 is X0. and Z0. Or retouch your tool. Is your part length too long?
