So you're blaming government and not capitalism?
Big business and even small business will move to where they can save a buck and add a cent on to their quarterly bonus.
Do you think business would outsource to low wage economies if they could get labour for the same rate in their home country?
Do you think business would outsource to countries with no/lax environmental regulations if they could pollute their own countries without sanction?
Do you think business would outsource to countries with few safe labour laws if they could kill their employees with impunity in their own country?
