Having trouble connecting sigma 5 rotary to CHC.

Hey forum people!
I purchased HRT160 P12 rotary for my mill, in some manuals on the haas website I have seen that I need software version below my one. And after I have in installed, I got an alarm A AXIS PHASING INCORRECT. And also I can’t choose this type of rotary in the control.
Am I stuck with it? Can I make any changes to get it run on my mill?
I got soft version 23.18A but I see it won’t work with something less then 24.00
Please help, need it very much..

Does it try to home at all?
I cannot remember the exact term, but I had a similar alarm when I reinstalled the servo on my 160
(2009 mill. Sigma 1 servo, 12.xxx software)
All I had to do was change the homing angle on the controller
(It’s late and I’m not in front of it. I’ll try and look up the setting tomorrow)
Mind you. If your on a next gen co troller I’m not sure this setting is available for change unless you have the “3rd party” rotory option ????
The next Gen is annoyingly locked down

It doesn't even let me enable the axis.
When I choose the model and push write it alarm out right away this error code...
Tried to wiggle wiring, changed wiring with the other controllers no result at all.
