Help! Identity of a Milling Machine

Hi All,
Apologies if this has been uploaded into the wrong area; I am trying to determine the make and some specifications of a Milling machine I have come across.
The only markings on it are on the base and are "OMP". The writing on all labels is in Italian, though the vice looks to be Russian/ Czech or similar.
The head looks to slide vertically but doesn't seem to be powered up and down. The bed can move up and down and is powered. The head can tilt/ swivel. Speed control is up to 1000 rpm from what i can tell from the Italian label.

Attached is a photo of the machine, the only one I have so far, more could be attained.

Thanks Bill, I had seen that company but had no luck finding any older brand of that milling machine.

It should be possible to insert a hunk of steel or wood between the table and the head and use the knee power to raise or lower the head.

The vertical Head is fixed and driver off the horizontal spindle, why would you want to move it?
