help request for milling machine identification

good friends i recently acquired this very old milling machine and i would like to have more information about it
I know she has a plate from a German company but they only imported the machines from the USA

Its OLD- You can see it is antique with the flat belt drive to the spindle "cone pulley"

Antique mills GO SLOW. Its the nature of the beast. When I say SLOW, I am guessing maximum spindle speed is around 400 Revs - in line with USA products of the time

It would be normal for it to have PLAIN spindle bearings - Bronze or Babbitt - not ball or roller bearings capable of higher speeds
