Help with heidenhain tnc 310 please

no

You need to tell us what machine it is in, parameters are machine specific, not control specific

Thank you very much
my milling machine is (knuth WF 5 CNC Milling Machine) with control (HEIDENHAIN TNC 310).
The battery of this device is running out and not work, therefore we decided to change the old battery with new one, but when we changed the battery may be caused some errors to our control and it may be missed some ( machine parameters) of control .
the refrance point (x, y and z) is not shown as shown in the figure

you probably need to contact knuth, hopefully they have parameters

Also get a manual for the control, if you had one, it would have told you to backup your parameters, PLC and programs first and change the batteries with the control on.

If you read the manual, it specifically says to turn the power OFF before changing the batteries.

There is a capacitor that normally would keep a charge to the control for a few days or more while the battery is changed. So maybe thats bad too or you were just unlucky.

Always make a backup to be safe.

The NC software is stored on the eeproms from Heidenhain and normally the machine tool builder stores the PLC on the eeprom too. So then maybe all you are missing is the Machine parameter files (MP)

If Knuth knew what they were doing they would have saved the Machine parameter files on the eeprom which can be recalled by going to PGM Editing -> MOD -> 369741 -> Enter -> Restore

Help. The machine DMU 50 and TNC310 does not move on two or three axes at the same time. Writes that the function is disabled in the plc. How can I make it move along two and three coordinates at the same time?

OK, but how to edit PLC? Which option allows you to use all axes at the same time? Can you give a link where I can read it...
IF it only objects when trying to run a rotary axis it may just be the way it is
The ban is valid both with the spindle turned on and with it turned off.

Yes, I fixed the post, it's probably clearer now. Could you tell me where the PLC editor is located? What is the way to it?

What I meant is if you give it this line:

L IX1.00 IY1.00 IZ 1.00 F200 R0
There is not quite such a line, it looks like for example:: L X-100 Y+100 R0 F100
And at startup the following message appears: "Contouring disabled by PLC"
This happens both in MDA mode and in automatic mode.
But when the machine goes to zero, the three axes move at the same time. The same is true in manual control, you can move several axes at the same time.
I think this machine has already been reset to zero and they forgot to enable this option. Otherwise, why would the manufacturer do such a stupid thing and limit movement along 3 axes at the same time.
I will try to go to the PLC on your advice. Thanks for the hints.

If you hit MOD and arrow till it says code number end enter 805667, it should show you the PLC
I entered the plc with the password 807667. There is a parameter that in the instructions sounds like this: "M 4584 Disable multidimensional axis movement" and in the plc it is 1. But how can I change it to 0. It seems to me that this will make the machine go around all axes at the same time.

Hi, did you manage to solve this? I am currently in exactly the same situation and could desperately do with some help:)

Yes, everything worked out. Since there is no key, I dismantled the rack, I saw two wires hanging in the air. I just closed them. As I understand it, these two wires should have gone to the lock, which was missing.

You Sir are my hero, if you're ever near my part of the world I owe you a cold one
