Hitachi Parameters Etc Backup Not "Received" by Computer

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to back up the parameters on our Hitachi Yasnac controlled HT20 & HT25G & Seicos LIII controlled TF-20? We can output the parameters and watch them scrolling as they go, but our DNC software does not receive the files. I think it is our DNC software (DNC Plus), it just does not recognize the incoming parameters while sending a program back works perfectly. What software should we use on the receiving end of the backup?

Any tips are appreciated. We don’t want to lose these machines & we are moving machines around the shop next week.

Scroll through them as you say and video record them. Restore would be slow but doable. That is what I have done.

You DNC program has a 'filter' on it and only expected CNC programs.
Something like: a bunch of NULL feed lines, The Tape Start code ( % or : ), Letter O followed by 4 numbers.

Turn off the filtering and get it to read the 'raw' input.
