Hitachi seiki vk 45

Hi all
A newbie here so any help would be greatly appreciated
I have a Hitachi seiki VK45 machne with A10 lambda controller
The chip conveyor got jammed up with chips and alarmed with 2A13 alarm SPIRAL CONVEYOR MOTOR OVERLOAD
I can reset the alarm and the machine works ok but as soon as i want to use the chip conveyor it throws up the same alarm
Any ideas as to how to reset so it will work ok

You will have to manually clear the blockage from the spiral conveyor. Sometimes a mill clamp or bolt will fall down and that will jam up the screw. Worst case, you need to pull out the auger and see what's going on.

We have cleared all the chips and swarf.I can run the machine ok but as soon as i press conveyor button it alarms and stops It is almost like the conveyor motor has overloaded and it is in that state i do noit know how or where to reset it and it is not in the manual anywhere.
