how to create database for surfcam 2019

I am a university student.
My instructor asked me to install surface 2019 to start practicing. I managed to install it but I am getting when i click on drill button.
After some reseach i noticed that I need to create database, but i do not know how to do that. I hope someone can help me please.

If you are current on Maintenace you can start a case and they will contact you, you'll need your insturcutors login info for Surfcam.

if not you may have to get IT involved
