I don't know about money and currencies enough, but I think that the whole crypto thing was another scheme to extract more wealth from west playing on their greed, it was real dollars that went into god knows what, and that god knows what is absolutely nothing more than a number in a computer, "real" currencies are at least backed up by economic projections of countries using those currencies, but crypto seems to me nothing more than a pyramid scheme, but that is my uneducated guess
