We have drawn borders and those should be respected. Germany felt that it "owned" some land and many said okay at first.

This section of PM is has a number of frequent posters rattling around worried about the "New World Order" secretly running things like the "plandemic." These are basically same folks who insist that government can't pour milk over corn flakes and get it right.

Now they worry that a cabal of world governments are actually evil geniuses with super powers, impeccably coordinating and executing a plan involving a hundred countries, tens of thousands of local governments, a million doctors, etc. -- and leaving only traces for the likes of Q-Anon to reveal. There actually ARE new world orders replacing the relative peace after WWII. They're appearing before our very eyes. One involves countries like those in the list above - relatively free and prosperous countries.

Another includes despots like Putin, Kim, Assad, the Ayatollah, etc. -- and dozens of lesser dictators lying to their citizens and plundering their countries.

None of them are particularly well coordinated. Yet right now, people are picking sides. Pakistan is meeting with Putin as we speak on economic cooperation. Xi and Putin recently met. Trump thinks Putin's a genius - always trusted his word more than our own intelligence services.

You're finding yourself in company with other Putin apologists. For some it's "let Putin invade and murder whoever he wants." For you, every other dictator and strongman gets a pass because at least they weren't in Vietnam, Afghanistan, Syria etc. Oh wait, wasn't Russia there, too??

As much as you may hate the US and love the state-planned-efficiency of your adopted China -- those two countries will have a big say in how all this ends in the decades ahead.

Right now, China is leaning pro-Putin (pro Kim in North Korea, pro Ayatollah in Iran, etc.). Right now, the US (Trump acolytes excepted) is leaning pro "free world."

What this "free world?" Apart from the US you can't abide, it includes those countries listed above. None of them perfect. Most all of them, IMO, far closer to it than a Russia under Putin.
