I am getting an intermittent alarm on my Nakamura WT-150.

366 A Axis: Pulse Miss (Int)

Does anyone know what the A axis is on this machine? Or how I can find out? I called Methods, and the guy I talked to was stumped. The machine has X, Y, Z, and C on the top turret; X, Z, B (sub Z), and C on the bottom. This alarm is on the bottom. I'm thinking live tooling drive or turret index or ???

Never mind. I found it. It's the turret. Since I suspected the turret, I looked in the maintenance manual for everything to do with the turret, and in the section on adjusting the index position, it refers to it as the A axis. Now I just need to figure out why the turret is throwing this alarm intermittently. It seems to do it more when it's warmed up. I ran all morning without incident, but now it's happening every few parts. I'm guessing it's the feedback cable since it flexes in a track that it runs in. So far, it seems to do it in the same part of the program every time.
