Hello Everyone
I broke a tooth on the idler gear on my lathe. I would like to find another one. The gear is 80tooth and has a part # of 33 FH2. I can still operate the lathe with the missing tooth but would like to replace the gear if I can find another one Any help would be appreciated

I'm fairly familiar with a certain generations of a 16", but I can't place this gear off the top of my head.

What year or serial number is the lathe. And where is the location of this gear ?

I am pretty sure I have a spare, but not sure it would be for sale. I need to look. I know that one of mine was repaired (might be this one and that is an option for you) and I bought a new one from Ted but it has some porosity. To fix it, put in some dowel pins where the missing teeth are, braze the missing teeth and remachine.

I also misplaced one and bought a replacement from Ted. The replacement was new. Of course once I got the replacement I found the original. If its this one, then I would sell the one I got from Ted.
