Using tool 17 , in the configuration of milltronics post processor it's showing a preload of next tool (T16) . If I have no tool changer on my machine , will this be an issue ? I'm thinking not other then to tell me to put tool 16 in in which case I just change the post process line to false instead of true ?

Although I am not familiar with Inventor HSM, I know that Fusion 360 has an option to uncheck the box for preloading of the tool. On a mid-90's LeBlond Makino it wouldn't preload, and it just ignored the command. I would dry run it and find out if you can't disable the preload, and my guess is it will either give you an error, or ignore it.
