Our material supplier is down and we are looking for sources for raw material and for doll ups on existing carbon steel plate plate work. common size for the plates are 60x60 or 85ish inches on the diagonal but some of our stuff is larger. Looking for vendor

nifty bar is/was our supplier that is currently down.
Going to be using Sturdell for raw material going forward and I think we found a place in Tonawanda -Arrow Grinding, to help us with doll ups but looking to add some more resources to our list.

Midwest steel says they sell steel tool and jig plate by special order, don't know if its Blanchard ground. might not be to your spec but you could inquire.
