Lathe has DIN 55027 type C bayonet spindle nose: Is it better to keep looking?

I found a lathe that fits exactly what I’m looking for in every way.
BUT…the spindle nose is DIN 55027 with the cam ring and the nuts you tighten from the back.

I’m not worried about it taking a little longer to mount/dismount chucks, but it seems like finding this type of backing plates is not easy and noticeably more expensive than cam lock that I’m used to.

Avoid it?

Great ideas, thanks everyone!
There are much better prices and availability in Europe, just as you all stated.
On a sad note, the lathe in question was advertised as having a 71mm spindle bore, which I asked the dealer to verify with pics.
Ended up being 52mm.

So now I’m checking on a MoriSeiki…
