We are seeking a CNC Machinist with leadership experience for our non-union job shop. We provide a positive and high energy work environment and lots of opportunities for growth. We are looking for someone to be able to program from a CNC controller and Mastercam and can set up and run manual lathes, mills, and surface grinder. CNC centers include 3 and 4 axis mills, 2 and 3 axis lathes, and Wire EDM. Shop Lead will be responsible for setting up CNC centers, fixturing, training shop employees, maintaining work schedule, implement new processes on shop floor, maintain shop organization, and cleanliness. Must be able to read and interpret technical blueprints. This is a supervisory role all applicants must be able to perform role unsupervised.

We are located in Memphis Tennessee area and will consider relocation assistance for right person. Compensation is 32.00 - 35.00 per hr DOE.
