Aloha, I have a 60 Ton Lempco hydraulic press model 400-A. I am kindly seeking a parts diagram or manual that would help me to understand how to install a repair kit that I purchased online. It comes with six ball bearings and a few other items that I need to understand how it all fits back together.

With much appreciation

I know this is an old thread, but I’ve got an old 50-ton Lempco press that is missing parts to the hand pump. I’ve already got an SPX electric pump on the way to plumb in. I’m just curious what the 1/8” hardline from the bottom of the cylinder back to the hand pump
Is for.
The 3/8” line to the top is the pressure line and the return springs on the sides of the cylinder say it’s a single action cylinder.
I just want to know if I need to just let this line vent of plumb it as a return to the reservoir.

It's a vent between the piston and gland seals. Single acting cylinders still have gland seals.

Why not fix the hand pump? I have a 60 ton Lempco and the hand pump is awesome. Way faster than a small single stage 7000 PSI electric pump.
