This is an LMC 3BR-08F for Haas rotary tables, I believe this is equivalent to the Haas 90-2083R for the Haas HRT160SP rotary table.
It includes mounting bolts that would normally thread into t-nuts (NOT included) for the rotary table.
Otherwise, it is a plain-back 8" set-tru style 8" 3-jaw chuck, it could be adapted to anything. Condition is nearly perfect, with some tiny specks of surface rust stains on the backside. Chuck weighs 42lbs. Shipping via UPS Ground from 46041. $375
