Looking for information on the RAMCO fm-cg-1 cutter grinder

Looking to purchase a Ramco FM-CG-1 cutter grinder which looks to be a copy of a Cincinnati Mono Set. I am not having any luck finding any information on this site or via Google about parts, manuals etc. Can someone point me in the right direction as well as tell me if this is a decent machine? Looking for a versatile cutter grinder. Thanks.
