Looking for Upgrade Files for Numatix 4.2 to 6.11

I have an old Fadal with Numatix Control v4.2. I want to upgrade it to version 6.11, but cannot find the upgrade available anywhere.
Numeryx Inc. offered it years ago, but have since dissolved. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
