Why are you so certain they do NOT have?
Whom do YOU know any better-equipped.. or more DEVIOUS?

Twin towers? Or the Kremlin and the Hermitage?

Desperate times breed desperate measures.

Mere "pinprick" to the vastness of the Russian Federation's span?

True enough. But can you afford the price of a pin, thereafter?

See also Taiwan. Helpless? Not really.

"Pyrrhic Victory" thing.

The only way to win the game is to not play the game.

you can't be 100% sure. even the military lost nuclear weapons. why Osama evacuated American facilities instead of Russian ones, I don’t know. Is he from a wealthy family, offended by the US government, or was he asked by the CIA, what do you think?

"Lost" as-in "opportunists sold the pits" given we are including the former Soviet Union -and it s MESSY demise - in the illicit sources, after all?

More than a few nations had the technology to do the rest as to restoring yield. Buggers degrade over time, even as primitive gun & target, orders of magnitude more critical yet as implosion triggered, and then there is augmentation with short-lived Tritium isotopes.

High-maintenance s**t, and costlier even than flighty party ladies, actually.

Also bad cess in an era when it is cheaper to simply put a golden BB into some rude f**ker's left ear from a great distance.

Might ask the Mullah's how that works?

And why Vlad-Vlad began s**ting paving brick, crosswise, when the rather competent Anatolians built a Bayraktar factory... in Ukraine.

You know the Ukrainians? The folk who USED TO build the tanks, helicopters, anti-tank systems, jet engines, rocket artillery, heavy-lift aircraft, ICBM's and Aircraft carriers FOR the Rus?

And now they do NOT. Keep them. Or export them, rather.

Some "tractor drivers" he picked to f**k with, after leaving his OWN technology sector go hollowed-out, then dependent on PURCHASE from "offshore".. as has been interdicted.. partially, anyway.

Opportunistic Germans cheat. As always.
BFD. No one really trusted them, anyway. Too often fugdover. See "Barbarossa" and not-only.

Bad situation when even India rejects Russian aircraft technology - because THEY cannot seem to build squat before all the money has been stolen five times over, .. but at least have folk who have a better understanding of what is wrong with it - and start looking at CHINESE combat aircraft as more advanced and lower maintenance than Russian......Whom, ever, wudda thunk it?

Y'all really have a "military"?

Or is it just unhealthy conscripts operating an overstocked MUSEUM of the obsolete engines of war, actually utilized so VERY far in your past no one even has enough current experience at "modern" warfare to realize just HOW out of practice at it you have become.... as "playtoys" for oligarchic crime bosses with oversized egos?

Here's a sport for you.

WHEN, and for how short a time, since Lt Governor Dinwiddies War, has the USA EVER NOT been involved in a war, somewhere or another?

It's an IQ test, Vlad.

Invade? You have failed it.

See Nikolai II Alexandrovich Romanov for how an arrogant invasion can end.

tanks and missiles were built by Soviet people and not by Ukrainians. they have crumbs of industry that the European Union is now destroying. Europe needs cheap labor to clean toilets and strawberries and not high-tech competitors.
hmm, do you really talk about the Russian invasion on every corner?
and where did Emperor Nicholas 2 invade?

Perhaps we should be honored with the sudden (January 2022)presence of a Russian propagandist, but Mr. Sanders, you're wasting your time. We are but humble machinists and engineers, with little to no influence on American/Western European policies on incursions by the Russian gangster, err, President on sovereign lands like Ukraine.

Besides, you and your fellows in China, NK, Iran, end elsewhere have already done a fine job of sowing little seeds of dissent and discontent within the Western Sphere, how many times do you want to (metaphorically) bomb the same lumps of dirt and stone? In the US, disinformation spreads not like wildfire, but more like a highly virulent virus, to the point where our citizens are at each others throats. Good job, well done (did you get a raise?).

I hope your boss appreciates this moment in time, this potential inflection point. Great Powers, civilizations have their day and then dissolve into the muck of time, will the next few months reveal the lit fuse of chaos and entropy?

I, for one, would welcome the removal of any and all "leadership" that views pillaging and crazed acquisition as their main goals. Countries governed by little grey male and female technocrats would suit me just fine. Yes, soils wouldn't be fertilized quite so much by the shredded bodies of proles and peasants, but is such carnage always inevitable?

Surely the imprisonment of the pathologically motivated would be preferable...

I see that there is propaganda not only in Russia, to be honest, I did not expect this. we are all shy people and you and me. and none of us influence politics. you were asked before the invasion of iraq or afghanistan? we don't care what ordinary people think. I was not asked.propaganda has the most effect on people with poor education, lack of critical thinking.I think it's clear what the conclusion is

AND I DO NOT WORK AS A RUSSIAN PROPAGANDIST
i got here by accident, my journey started from cnc datron neo which i will never buy

Nothing "personal". But if either of our "ordinary non-political" citizens do NOT take a keener interest in our respective nation's direction, now, and in future?

Neither nation will HAVE any ONE of those.

"Ordinary". "Direction". OR "Future".

T'was ever thus..

Toute nation a le gouvernement qu'elle mérite.

Joseph de Maistre, Savoy

And it was NOT "new news"... by easily twelve thousand years.
Tribe and family the previous far longer period.

May have been born at eleven of a morning.
But it surely weren't YESTERDAY morning!

See also "human race". "Pre-historic" doesn't mean stupid.
It only means some paranoid c**t wiped the damned hard drive.

How about a big fat NO, NONE, ZERO, ZIP, ZILCH???

What is churning in your head man, to actually think WE have any influence on the CIA and their masters on the world stage - or even the home stage???

Apathy has set in long ago IMHO Bill. And it has been fed by the supposed temporary laws implemented removing rights to work etc to show no one really cares.
People will only get off their ass if they start to starve - Being paid to stay home from work with 80% pay breeds complacency.

Pruning is a normal event for an orchardman.

Surely will not class as any sort of a "first" for ancient humanity, will it?

"Self-inflicted failures will continue until we get GOODER at them!"

Seems "sewercidal" to me.

No interest in that. Got other stuff to do.

Someone else is welcome to have my allotted share of the current round of political cyanide.

Go figure the fools are GREEDY enough for it!

What was that marketing hype?

"Arise! You have nothing to lose but your mind!"

.....or was it "chains"......????

Is there still even a DISTINCTION?

And do they even ken the concept of "starvation?"

And now we have troops at heightened alert for potential deployment to Europe. A couple friends still in uniform messaged me today about being part of the spearhead.

Maybe just another way to leave behind tens of billions of American treasure to people who don't matter to the average American.

Soon we will find out how committed the NATO member countries are to actually fight. Decades and $Trillions spent on NATO but the big question is will they respond with boots on the ground if Russia moves on Ukraine? Doubtful.
Most probably the U.S. will do the heavy lifting along with help from Great Britain and possibly France. Of course Poland will play as they WILL defend thier country. Germany will do nothing. Putin is testing NATO resolve and stress testing the Biden/Harris Administration. Political game with Vlad having home field advantage.

I think war is 99% impossible. everyone now has problems in the economy and shouting at every corner about the war is an attempt to shift the point of impact. this is happening in russia, ukraine and what is surprising in the usa.

You have not been paying attention. Blood and Boolits warfare is but the extension of economic warfare.

Not the other way 'round.

NATO HAS been "fighting" and fighting HARD ..the whole damned time.

Gorbachev had sufficiently wide-angle vision to realize his empire had been TRICKED and had discovered their "war" was already 20 years LOST, the gap widening by the hour.

Putin thinks he can put the escaped toothpaste back INTO the tube.

In a manner of speaking, had toothpaste been squeezed out onto a sterile MIRROR and remained static? A means could be tooled-up to do exactly that.

Lacking Gorbachev's portion of objectivity, he hasn't twigged to the reality that escaping a condition seen as "static" was the driver, not "joining the West".

Accordingly, in search of the DYNAMIC, the toothpaste was put to WORK, rather than lie unmoving, awaiting the return of Alexander Nevsky or Peter the Great to rally it to communal greatness.

Toothpaste "put to work" ,however... did its job.
Was expectorated down the drain.
ALREADY replaced by a NEW social covenant.

NOW waddyah do?

Welll. Russians do not quit easily. They say that in a Russian's concept of "revenge" the first 500 years of lying in ambush are the hardest. THEN it gets easy!

By the time our Vlad-Vlad is back from his excursion down the sewers, chasing truant molecules of toothpaste to Gorilla-glue back together?

He shall discover the Ukrainians are far the more PATIENT than their Russian cousins.

No real strain waiting full THOUSAND years for vengeance.

Now.. Anatolian Turks..... stubborn lot? They give lessons.
Ask a North Korean interrogator, Korean War.

By the 1960's officer training put it simply:

"The Turks count thirteen wars with the RUS in recorded history, and have only lost NINE of them.

"To a Turk, those are such favourable odds, they are ready go at it again at any hour!"

The Turk? Infantryman was told the Rus outnumbered them by X ratio.

He was therefore FORBIDDEN to die until he had killed no less than that many Russians. Plus no less than ONE more.

Not as famous for it as Gorkha Lines. But its is the same core concept.

And they will do an astonishingly good job at making it a reality.

We live in interesting times. Just not for the FIRST time.

Go figure...

I know you arent supposed to talk about the actual topic here, but-

I blame mismanagement.
Costco has a chain of tire centers, something like 500 of em.
And they do basically the same thing as the Sears stores did.
they are doing great.
Of course, they pay their employees better, carry better brands, and fill your tires with nitrogen, too.

I tend to be more of the opinion that hedge funds sucked sears dry, not that the failure tells us anything about running a profitable business in 2022.

By "little to no", a person who's has completed Primary school English would know that it encompasses "none" within the range.

You desperately need to reenter whatever early-stage schooling your area of Spain offers (with luck they'll offer the courses in English), since you clearly understand so little (to none) of reason, language, and for that matter, science.

Please come back after you've attained the equivalent of a US GED. I'm sure it won't take you more than twenty years.
